Guidance and information on Logic Certification Limited (LCL) qualifications can be found in the Qualification Handbook for Learners and Approved Centres which is available for download from this page. Learners registering for LCL qualifications are required to comply with the requirements of the handbook.
Should you have a complaint relating to any aspect of the qualification process or the service provided by LCL or the Approved Centre (AC) then the following action should be taken:
When the complaint involves any part of the service delivered by an LCL AC the issue must be raised with the AC manager. The AC will seek to resolve the complaint promptly to the satisfaction of the complainant. Where the complaint cannot be satisfactorily resolved, the complaint should be put in writing to LCL at the address below:
Scheme Manager, Logic Certification Ltd, Unit 2, 1 Rowdell Road, Northolt, Middlesex, UB5 5QR
LCL will acknowledge the complaint; confirm its validity and where necessary carry out an investigation keeping the complainant informed of progress. Should the complainant be dissatisfied with the outcome of the complaint the decision may be appealed. Full details of the complaints and appeals procedure can be found in the qualification handbook
LCL takes all complaints seriously and treats each one in confidence with the assurance that it will be thoroughly investigated.
